The admissions for our school are all dealt with via West Sussex.

Visit Our School 

We warmly welcome you to come and visit Parklands.  During these visits you will have an opportunity to meet the Headteacher and Assistant Headteacher.  There will be an informal presentation and a tour around the school.  

Apply for Reception, to start in September 2026

Information about how to make an application and a link to the online admissions system will be available from 9.00am on Monday 6th October 2025. The deadline for applications is Thursday 15th January 2026. Please follow this link to apply for a place in Reception for September 2026. 

If you applied online Admissions will email you the outcome of your application on Thursday 16 April 2026.

Transfer to Secondary School - September 2026

Secondary Transfer letter and documents for parents/carers to action. It is easy and safe to apply for a Secondary school place online by logging on to West Sussex admissions. You can apply for a secondary school place from 9am on Monday 8 September 2025 until 11.59pm on Friday 31 October 2025. (see attachments).

The local authority are responsible for the admissions and appeals at Parklands Community Primary School.
